I was pleasantly surprised yesterday with the excellent service I received from Canada Revenue Agency.  I used their “Contact Us” feature on their website and it worked great.   I entered my phone number and someone called me a matter of minutes.  That allowed me to be productive for a few minutes rather than get irritated while waiting on hold.  What a great feature from our Government!

Attended my first Chamber Breakfast today.  It was interesting to hear the ‘elevator speech’ from several local businesses.  I distributed home made cranberry pistachio biscotti with my business card.  I hope every enjoys it!  Feel free to ask for the recipe – it was surprisingly easy to make.
